Fundraising Toolkit
Hey there, participants! This fundraising kit is designed just for you. Use the post, email, and text templates below to help boost your fundraising efforts to meet your fundraising goal!
First, if you plan to post on Facebook, for donations, we suggest creating a Facebook Fundraiser to make things easier! Just make sure to start your Facebook Fundraiser through your Fundraiser Portal, on the summerbowl.org site. No social media? No problem! You can still share your donation link via text or email. Feel free to edit any of the messages, below, to work best for you! You can also find helpful email templates in the "Messages" center of your Fundraiser Portal.
For each post, you'll want to copy and paste the text, then download the relevant image. Be sure to tag BBBSKC, when you post on social media, and always include a link to your personal fundraising page or your Facebook Fundraiser, in each and every post.
To copy and paste your personal fundraising page link:
- Log in to summerbowl.org.
- Click the "Your Page" button in the top navigation menu and then "Settings" (beneath your progress bar)
- Copy the Page Link, then paste it into your social media post - that's it!
To download images on this page: First, click the link under the post that you want to use. If you're using a computer, right click the image and select "Save As..." or "Save Image As..." If you're using your phone, press and hold on the image until a menu appears that will allow you to download the photo.

I've been fortunate enough to have amazing mentors in my life that have helped me become the person I am today. I love the mission of BBBSKC because they help find those important mentors for children who want and really need them. Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City is working to defend the potential of the next generation of Kansas City leaders, college graduates, and entrepreneurs.
